GOING
VEGETARIAN CAN BE FUN AND EASY!
Going vegetarian can be fun and easy! Youve decided that
the "Whys" of vegetarianism make sense, and
now you need the "Hows". Michael Greger, MD,
will give a lively and entertaining talk packed with practical
advice on how to go vegetarian and vegan, which will culminate
with samples of his not-to-be-missed tofu cheeze cake. Dr. Greger
is a graduate of Cornell Universitys College of Agriculture
and of Tufts University School of Medicine. He had his brush
with stardom when he was invited as an expert witness defending
Oprah Winfrey in the infamous meat defamation trial. |
