What
is it? It's a Pomegranate.
 |
Nature's most labor-intensive fruit with hundreds
of juicy, ruby-red seeds surrounded by bitter membrane. |
 |
One medium fruit has only 105 calories and is
a good source of vitamin C and potassium, as well as potentially
cancer-fighting phytosterols. |
 |
Slice the skin into four equal parts. Pry pomegranate
open. Use caution as the juice stains. |
