in Pecan Butter
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed
2 Tbs. butter
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Salt and pepper
Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water, covered, about 10
minutes. Drain and keep warm. Heat butter in a small saucepan. Add
pecans and cook until lightly browned. Pour over sprouts, season
with salt and pepper, to taste.
