Glorious Fresh Fruit!
Enjoy the refreshing flavor of all your favorite fruits in a delicious
salad. Use any combination that pleases you! Try this easy dressing,
too.
1/4 cup non-fat sour cream
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1 cup lowfat yogurt
2 Tbs. honey
2 tsp. lime juice
6 8 cups cut fruit, any combination of apples, honeydew,
kiwi, red or green grapes, watermelon, pineapple, blueberries, bananas,
plums, cantaloupe, etc.
Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and yogurt. Blend in honey
and lime juice. Pour dressing over individual servings of fruit
salad.
