With the Co-op’s Own Registered Dietitian
It’s the New Year. What better time to jump-start
your resolution to eat healthier? Mary Choate, M.S., R.D. will show
you how to find the kind of food that will promote your good health.
After the tour, you’ll have new ideas for healthy and delicious
foods, recipes, meals, and snacks that will fit into your lifestyle.

special diet such as one for diabetes, heart disease, or celiac
disease? Let us help!
Store tours are scheduled at your convenience. They
take about 2 hours and are provided at no charge to Co-op customers.

Catalogs Are Here!
Co-op members receive a 20 percent discount on seeds
and 10 percent on organic gardening supplies when they take part
in our cooperative group order. Catalogs and ordering information
are available at the Information Desks in the Hanover and Lebanon
Food stores.
Deadline for the group order is Saturday, February
2, 2002. Please return the completed form and payment to the Hanover
or Lebanon Information Desk by 5:00 p.m. We cannot accept late orders.
