The Co-op’s bylaws state that we must send a copy of our annual report and an announcement of our annual meeting to all Co-op members. However, over the years, we have lost valid mailing addresses for many of our members.

In order to help us update our mailing addresses – and to thereby save the Co-op money in postal fees for undeliverable mail – please take a moment to fill out the following.
