A Year-Long
Guide to Healthier Choices
Welcome to the first article in our "Better
Eating for Life" series, a gradual step-by-tiny-step guide
toward healthier eating. In each issue of the Co-op News, youll
read about a small change you can make to move toward an eating
style that supports your good health.
To help you make these new small changes, several
Co-op employees have volunteered to participate in the program and
to report back on how the changes worked for them: what they found
easy, more difficult, and which choices they found tastier or would
skip next time.

more information on which products will give you the whole grains
youll need on your way to better eating. You may be surprised
at the number of delicious choices!
