The Co-op Service Centers

pete g

The Co-op operates an automotive service center in Hanover next to the Hanover Co-op Food Store on South Park Street. Gasoline is also available at the Co-op Community Food Market. In addition to full-serve and self-serve gas, the Park Street Service Center provides complete auto maintenance and repair. Our experienced mechanics are on duty Monday through Saturday to do state inspections, tune ups, oil changes, radiator and air conditioning repair, new tires and tire changes, batteries, exhaust systems, and brake work.

Wrecker service is also available. Our customer lounge provides a comfortable place to wait while we service your car.
You’ll find the Service Center offers lots of little extras, too.

The air pump is available for public use free of charge. If your car is parked at the Hanover Co-op Food Store and won’t start, we’ll jump start it at no charge.

The staff at the Co-op Service Center is committed to running environmentally responsible operations. Our Service Center was the first station in the area to offer Freon recycling. We also recycle automotive waste products, including motor oil, oil filters, antifreeze, automotive batteries, and tires. If you do your own automotive work, the Service Center will accept these products for recycling for a small fee.

Major credit cards are accepted. Be sure to use your Co-op Card when you visit the Service Center in order to earn a patronage refund on your gas and repair purchases.
