Our Board of Directors Every spring, members elect candidates to the Co-op’s 12-member Board of Directors. The Board sets goals and provides guidance for the organization. Your participation in Board elections ensures that the Co-op’s development is compatible with your vision. Board elections begin at the Co-op’s annual membership meeting, and balloting is conducted at the Co-op Food Stores for one week following the meeting. To be eligible to vote, a member must own a minimum of three shares of Co-op stock.
